A few things to remember
You are always allowed to modify, use props, rest, or choose a gentler version of the practice.
Class levels are meant to guide you, not limit you.
If you are unsure, start softer. You can always build from there.
At The Bend, the goal is not to perform yoga. The goal is to practice in a way that supports your body and your life.
Still not sure what to take?
We are happy to help you choose a class. Tell us a little about your experience, goals, injuries, comfort level, and what kind of support you are looking for, and we’ll point you in the right direction.
