Strength and Conditioning

YoMo

YoMo = Yoga + Movement

This class is special. This class is yoga plus specialty movements to focus more on deeper movement and integrating the body, breath and mind into your personal yoga and fitness routines. Expect strength training and a bit of body sculpting.

While we still practice yoga style movements you can expect the introduction of other props such as, weights, tennis balls, dowels, elastic bands, etc.

This is a great compliment to your yoga practice.

Trapeze

Yoga Trapeze — 60 Minutes

20 Minutes — Functional Strength

Build balanced strength from the inside out. Using the Yoga Trapeze handles, you’ll train with functional, body-weight resistance to boost stability, core power, posture, and overall alignment.

20 Minutes — Supported Stretching

Experience deeper, more spacious stretching with the support of suspension. The Trapeze allows you to lengthen, open, and release in ways the mat can’t—creating a light, lifted feeling throughout your body.

20 Minutes — Inversions & Savasana

Flip your perspective and let your spine decompress with ease. Feel stress, pressure, and tension melt away as you settle into a supported, restorative rest to close your practice.

Discover strength, mobility, and serenity in the Yoga Trapeze.

We recommend a consistent yoga practice of a minimum of 6 weeks before attending a trapeze yoga class.

Pilates

Pilates Mat: This 50 minutes class is a low-impact, strength-focused class designed to build core stability, coordination, balance, and a strong mind-body connection. Through intentional, controlled movement, you’ll develop the foundational strength that supports everyday activities and enhances performance in other movement practices.

This class emphasizes precision, breath awareness, and functional strength—helping you move with more ease, efficiency, and confidence both on and off the mat. Accessible and effective for all levels of fitness, Pilates is a powerful complement to yoga, strength training, and daily life.
