DanaDana’s yoga journey began with a deep desire to heal herself and support other women walking similar paths. She first completed her 200-hour training at The Bend, then dove even deeper into Bhakti yoga with a 300-hour training at Saraswati Bhakti Academy—where devotion, voice, and heart come together through chanting, movement, and the harmonium’s hum. Dana brings this heart-centered spirit to every class, especially her beloved gentle and restorative offerings, where stillness and softness are celebrated.
Beyond the mat, Dana is a Certified Elemental Life Coach, guiding clients through transformation using breathwork, hypnotherapy, and intuitive coaching. She also offers private Reiki, sound immersions, and guided meditations to help folks reconnect with peace and purpose. Currently enrolled in The Bend Academy’s 300-hour Therapeutic Path, Dana is on track to join the Yoga Therapy program in 2027—continuing her mission to hold space for healing, one breath at a time. |

Mindful & Uplifting
|
AleciaAlecia brings heart, humor, and a teacher’s soul to every class she leads at The Bend. A lifelong educator and yoga lover, Alecia began her teaching journey under Avy Redus in 2017 and completed her 200-hour training with Angie Capps right here at The Bend. She first made her mark with The Fold restorative class, but now guides students through Foundations—with a signature end-of-the-month chill-down that brings her restorative roots back into the mix.
Alecia’s true gift is helping students feel welcome, seen, and just a little bit lighter (in body and mood). With a background in public education since 2001, she has a knack for breaking things down and building people up—mentally, physically, and spiritually. When she's not teaching, you might catch her and her daughter Carah sharing their love of crystals. Alecia’s favorite quote? “Reach for the moon—even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.” And around here, she is one. |

Grounding & Creative
|
KaileyKailey brings a playful reverence to the mat, where movement meets meaning. Guided by the spirit of curiosity, she weaves joy, presence, and poetic reflection into every class. Her yoga journey began with simple exploration, but quickly became a lifelong path of transformation, healing, and humility. Her favorite quote, "Oh snail, climb Mount Fuji. Slowly, slowly," is the heartbeat of her teaching: steady, mindful, and full of grace.
In Kailey's classes, you'll find a lightness of spirit and a deep invitation to explore both movement and stillness. Her playful energy reminds us that yoga doesn't have to be so serious to be sacred. Whether you come to sweat, soften, or simply breathe, Kailey offers space to be fully yourself—Tat Tvam Asi. |

Authentic & Grounded
|
JessicaJessica’s yoga journey began in 2022 at The Bend, sparked by the challenge of recovering from a broken leg. What started as physical healing soon became something deeper; a passion that led her to complete her 200-hour training in 2023. Now, she holds space for others through the slow, soul-soothing practices of Yin and Restorative yoga, blending breath, stillness, and gentle movement to guide students back to themselves.
Don’t expect power flows or fancy poses in Jessica’s class. Expect quiet. Space. A moment to just be. Her calm, nurturing energy makes everyone feel at home. Off the mat, she’s a proud mom, bonus mom, grandma, and animal lover, with Ruby the Cockalier Spaniel often making a cameo in her stories. With her husband Rick by her side, Jessica brings warmth, realness, and heart into every class she teaches. |

KylynnKylynn began her yoga journey in 2020, looking for a space to slow down and reconnect, and what she found was a path of presence, healing, and intention. She recently completed her 200-hour training at The Bend and is now honored to teach in the very space that helped shape her path.

Soulful & Vibrant
|
CassidyCassidy’s yoga story began in 2014 with YouTube classes and a curiosity that quickly turned into love. Within two years she followed her heart straight into teacher training at Yoga Home of Therapeutics, trusting that inner nudge that said, this is the next step. What she discovered was more than movement—it was a practice that grounded her, softened her edges, and gave her space to reconnect with herself.
As a teacher, Cassidy shines when she gets to share that same gift with others. Her classes are an invitation to find calm, strength, and balance in a busy world. Forever a student herself, she continues to learn and grow with each breath and each practice. Step into her class, and you’ll feel both cared for and inspired to explore your own journey on the mat. |

Curiose & Heartfelt
|
MadisonMadison is a CYT500 with a heart that beats for growth, healing, and the beautiful discipline of showing up for yourself. Her yoga journey lit up years ago through Bikram, but it was a nudge from friends that guided her straight to The Bend — where she completed both her 200-hour and 300-hour trainings and truly found her yoga home.
In class, Madison brings a grounded, nurturing presence with just enough fire to remind you of your own strength. She’s currently preparing to continue her path into Yoga Therapy training in 2027, and we already know she’ll bring the same dedication, curiosity, and compassion she offers every time she steps on her mat. |

Strong & Radiant
|
KaylaKayla is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher whose journey began the moment she took her very first class and fell instantly in love with the practice. She dove into every style she could find—Hatha, Power Vinyasa, Bikram, Kundalini, and more—learning her body, uncovering her strength, and feeling called to share yoga’s impact with others.
Now a busy mom of two and an Oklahoma small-business entrepreneur, she brings that same powerful, focused energy to every class she leads. She teaches not for the income, but for the outcome—what yoga unlocks in the mind, body, and spirit. As she loves to say, “If you can’t find your shine, bring your mat and allow me to help guide you to it!” |
