Intro to Trapeze - Learn to Fly - DATE TBA - 1:00pm
Brandi will give you a comprehensive understanding of the terminology and body positions pertaining to the yoga trapeze. You will learn the basics of working on the trapeze including hand positions and grips, leg positions, leg wraps, and most importantly how to safely practice with the trapeze.
After completion of this class you will be ready to sign up for any of our Trapeze Yoga courses knowing that you have the knowledge and foundation to get right into the enjoyment of the practice. You MUST ATTEND an Introduction to Trapeze Yoga class BEFORE you register for any other trapeze course.
This class is open to 9 people - only available in person!

Sound Immersion - DATE TBA - 6:00pm
Immerse yourself in sound.
Spend 2 hours with Melissa, sound therapist and Angie yoga therapist as you absorb the healing vibrations of sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice.
What to expect? We will take time to explore a gentle yoga practice to free up the body so it is ready to receive relaxation. Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket. You will be relaxing and enjoying the stillness.
