What is a chakra?
Melissa Hobson is back for the Chakra System Series!
This 2.5 hour workshop will explore the qualities of the 9 Chakra, such as, the color, tone, mantra, yoga poses, oils, and stones. There will be discussion about what governs the chakra, how to balance it, and we'll finish with a beautiful sound experience.

Join Lindsey in this fun 80's themed yoga flow and rock out to your favorite "blast from the past" tunes.
**Flashing lights and Black Light will be used. Bring your 80's hair because no yoga expereince is required for this fun event.

Lunar Yoga - Dates listed - 7:30pm
Did you know each Full Moon has its own unique qualities? Each month, we'll have a special Lunar Yoga class to incorporate the specific qualities of that particular month's moon into our flow!
Full Moon's are a great time for releasing, clearing, and letting go of what is no longer serving you or allowing you to move forward.
These events will be outside when weather permits. Times may vary according to season.

It's Prom season and we're ready to dance! Join Carley as she leads you through a yoga sequence incorporating all of our favorite dance moves...sprinkler anyone?!
Dust off your old prom clothes or thrift for your best vintage prom dress/tux or wear your fanciest yoga pants - Just be ready to party like it's 1999!

Sound Immersion - TBA
Immerse yourself in sound.
Spend 2 hours with Melissa, sound therapist and Angie yoga therapist as you absorb the healing vibrations of sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice.
What to expect? We will take time to explore a gentle yoga practice to free up the body so it is ready to receive relaxation. Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket. You will be relaxing and enjoying the stillness.
