​Join The Bend Yoga Studio at the Bend Retreat 2024 in Grove, OK. Grove & Grand Lake is a laid back, lakeside community set in the rolling foothills of the Ozark Mountains in Oklahoma’s Green Country.

Enjoy the scenery as you drive to this oasis in the hills. Participants will practice yoga, meditation, and self-reflection. In addition to being immersed in daily practice, participants will have the opportunity to explore local shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and local casinos.

1 Private Room Twin Beds shared bath: $450 per person
               3   Private Room King Bed: $550 (first person, additional guest is $225)

Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Participants who cancel their participation in the retreat may be eligible for a 50% refund up until 60 days before the retreat. No refunds will be given 59 days before the retreat.
   We will do our best to accomodate dietary needs. Please bring your own snacks and adult beverages.
