Take time to breathe and release! Then learn to coordinate that breath with slow movement. The Fold is a gentle yoga class that is amazing for anyone that wants to relax and de-stress! The Fold can be especially beneficial to those that are new to yoga, experiencing joint sensitivity, or body stiffness due to physical limitations. You will enjoy 40 minutes of gentle movement and breath, followed by a 20 minute guided relaxation in a propped savasana. The ultimate in relaxation!
This is a great complement to our Beginner class if you are new to yoga! |

A great way to encourage or maintain flexibility. This 45 minute class is geared toward those who may need a chair or extra props for balance. We will do some yoga poses but our work will be to increase functional range of motion in major joints. |
We take our beginner class seriously here at The Bend! This class is for those who are just beginning their yoga journey, have had a long break from yoga or have very limited experience and/or mobility. We move slowly and mindfully with emphasis on learning how to align and engage our bodies within the yoga poses. Class includes basic postures, breathing techniques, and an 8 - 12 min relaxation at the the end of class.

This is a level 1 flow class. It is both challenging and intentional - focusing primarily on soulful movement with the rhythm of the breath; sharing in joyful energy and connection to oneness.
This class has many transitions from standing then to the mat and back up again. It is suitable for those with limited yoga knowledge, however, if you are brand new to yoga or are not confident with your balance may we suggest the Beginner or Fold? |
The Bend is a Level 2 Vinyasa Flow class. This class is for those who are comfortable on the yoga mat and in good health. We will be exploring our strength & flexibility through intermediate flow sequencing and introducing some advanced poses as well.
This is the class to take if you are looking to take your practice to the next level! We will be moving quickly and purposefully. Not suitable for beginners - please look into the Beginner, Fold, or Curve if you are new. |
We don't sweat...we sparkle!! And we will be shining bright after this intense cardio yoga practice! A combination of yoga, HIIT, and pilates - this class is for those looking to shed calories, sculpt their bodies and sweat away the stress! Bring your water & bring a sweat towel!
This is not suggested for beginners, those with injuries, or health concerns. |

Energize for your day! Each class begins with some core work to light that inner fire in your belly and tap into your strength. Then you'll move into a great all levels flow to get the body aligned, loose, and strong. Finish with stretching and a short savasana and you'll end feeling prepared for anything the day may throw at you!

The Yoga Trapeze is a suspension yoga system great for core strength, functional upper body strength, and balance. Most clients are looking to ease back pain, relieve stress, improve their grip and core strength. If that sounds like you, sign up now and let’s schedule your session.
You must take Intro to Trapeze yoga for a safety briefing before attending weekly classes. This allows you instructor to guide you to a the appropriate beginner, intermediate, or advanced class. **This is available in person only at this time. |
Taking your practice to The Edge! This is a level 3 and beyond class. We will be exploring advanced postures - in both strength and flexibility.
Pre-requisites to this class are a feeling of accomplishment in our "The Bend" level 2 class and a sense of adventure and curiosity for where you could take your practice next. **This class is available in person only at this time. |
What is Gravity yoga? This targeted yoga method helps students experiencing tightness through the hips, low back, and hamstrings.
This is a mat based practice that uses gravity for a sustained passive stretch. These classes are hugely popular because students can see results quickly. You can expect to relax into your yoga pose, practice deep breathing to find deeper relaxation, and slow movement often times holding yoga poses for 2 - 5minutes. |
