Advanced Yoga Trainings
Define Your Path. Deepen Your Practice.
At The Bend Academy, we believe advanced yoga education should be both meaningful and accessible.
Immersion Into Yoga is a deep, in-person study group for teachers and dedicated practitioners who feel called to continue learning — not because they need another title, but because they are ready to teach, practice, and live with more clarity, confidence, and care.
For our upcoming Immersion cohort, we are exploring a Community Supported Tuition model. This keeps the true value of the program visible while creating more flexible pathways for students who are financially committed but may need support entering the training.

THE BEND ACADEMY
At The Bend Academy, our 300-hour certifications are crafted for teachers seeking depth, authenticity, and mastery. Whether you're called to lead with softness, fire, or insight—we have a path for you.
Your yoga journey continues with the 300-Hour Immersion Into Yoga study group. Rooted in traditional Hatha, modern Vinyasa, embodied anatomy, philosophy, ethics, and energetic awareness, this program is designed to help teachers grow beyond memorized cues and into a more integrated way of teaching.
Together, we explore not only what yoga is, but how it lives — in the body, in the breath, in the nervous system, in relationship, and in the way we hold space for others.

You are ready
For many teachers, the 200-hour training opens the door. Immersion is where the practice becomes more layered, more personal, and more alive.
This advanced study is for those who want to continue growing with ethics, integrity, energy awareness, and a deeper understanding of the human being in front of them.
Small group learning is part of the heart of this program. We keep our in-person trainings intimate so students have room to ask questions, receive mentorship, practice teaching, and develop real clarity — not just collect information.
