Michelle has been in the massage industry for over 20 years. She is passionate about the healing massage brings. She believes that massage therapy contributes to a person’s overall well being for the mind, body, and spirit. She works to compassionately engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. Her style combines a mixture of medical massage, Reiki, and deep tissue techniques to provide a relaxing, yet effective massage.

Toni Wiens Knowles, LMT

Toni has been practicing massage therapy for many years.  She brings a diverse approach to her work, combining techniques and elements from various modalities. Toni strives to provide effective unique treatments that create long term positive changes in the body, using a firm touch to “melt” tissue rather than trying to force through excessive pressure. Her calming temperament, integrative technique, and passion for this work make her and intergral part of any self care routine.

​Amanda began using alternative health practices back in 2016 in search of relief from pain after being injured in a car accident. Not only did she find relief from pain, but she found so much more. Amanda has always been passionate about the human body and how it functions which lead her to a 15 year career in the medical industry.  

After being introduced to natural wellness, she couldn't get enough. She obtained her certification as a Natural Health Professional in 2018  and competed her 200 hour yoga ceritification in 2019. Amanda is on track to complete her Naturopathic Doctor certification very soon.

Amanda G. has a love for the human body and honoring its perfect design.  She utilizes her 1000+ hours of training in massage, anatomy & physiology, and fitness in an integrative approach to provide her clients with the most effective massage session. Her style is a balance between relaxation, therapeutic treatment, and restoring the mind.  You can expect your experience with Amanda to be safe, relaxing, intentional, and restorative. She excels in treating neck/shoulder/upper back discomfort.  She is excited to soon begin offering Thai Massage providing an entirely different experience than traditional Swedish Massage.
