I’m not flexible – can I still do yoga?
Absolutely. Flexibility is not a requirement—it’s a result of consistent practice. Yoga meets you where you are, and we’ll support you every step of the way. Beginners often enjoy our Foundations, Fold, or Chair Yoga classes as gentle, welcoming introductions to the practice.
How often should I practice yoga?
That depends on your goals and lifestyle:
– New to yoga? Start with 1–2 classes per week to build a steady foundation.
– Managing stress? Try 2–3 relaxing sessions like Fold or Yin weekly.
– Building strength or flexibility? Aim for 3–5 classes per week, mixing in Bend, Edge, or Aerial.
– Busy schedule? Even one class a week matters. Consistency > intensity!
